I, too, was once a prisoner of my own mind. On the surface, my life seemed perfect - a successful personal training business, a beautiful fiancé and a competition winning physique.

Yet, inside, I was silently battling a demon that I didn't even recognise: Anxiety.

I was deeply insecure and my futile attempts at controlling this consisted of hyper focusing on the external; always being busy with work, chasing money, addicted to steroids to look good, completely unaware of the emotional storm brewing within.

One fateful night I had a severe allergic reaction to a bodybuilding peptide I had injected. I passed out, convulsing, foaming at the mouth, hives covering my body as my fiancé’s screams filled the room.

I awoke to paramedics and went to hospital, thankfully I was okay. This should have been my wake up call but instead I plunged deeper into my destructive habits, ignoring the underlying anxiety that was screaming for attention.

It wasn't until I ended up in A&E thinking I was having a heart attack, that I learned I was experiencing severe anxiety and panic attacks. I couldn't believe it, I didn't think I was an "anxious person". I knew I was a bit socially awkward but assumed it was just my personality.

I'd hoped that if I ignored my anxiety, it would vanish. But when the panic attacks grew more frequent and the chest pains more intense I had to seek help.

The doctors’ immediate solution was anti-depressants. But seeing firsthand the numbing effects of these drugs on my mum during my childhood, I knew it wasn't for me.

Counselling and CBT? I was too anxious to call up a takeaway! I didn't feel comfortable talking to anyone let alone even knowing how to express what I was experiencing. To me there was no obvious reason. My life was seemingly okay.

My friend was a hypnotherapist, initially. I was sceptical but I was desperate to try anything. From our very first session I noticed an improvement and it opened my eyes to the power of the mind-body connection. I was fascinated trying to understand how it worked and it gave me a glimmer of hope.

I knew how to sculpt a body to perfection but was clueless when it came to the inner work. I went on to train and qualify in numerous Hypnotherapy and NLP courses and my career path shifted, as I transitioned from physical to mental health coaching.

But the journey wasn’t without its challenges. My unhealed wounds surfaced, mirrored in the stories of my clients. I noticed the rescuer pattern, a pattern rooted in my childhood attempts to save my parents from their addictions.

I had a harsh, yet necessary realisation - that my healing journey had barely scratched the surface.

I then discovered the world of trauma, the nervous system, and Somatic Therapies. I realised I couldn't think my way out of anxiety, I had to feel my through it.

Scary? Yes.

Worth it? Absolutely.

I feared what skeletons I might uncover from my past but there was no turning back.

I knew that if I wanted to help others, I had to first heal myself.

But how could I expect my clients to go where I hadn't ventured myself?

My journey wasn't easy, I had to be vulnerable and face my shadows and tend to my emotional wounds.

I learned how to feel, to heal, to connect with myself on a level I never thought possible.

But the rewards were life-changing. I found my authentic self, healed traumas, and learned how to truly be with and regulate my emotions. Although my relationship with my fiancée had improved, we amicably parted ways, realising we were no longer right for each other. I was now ready to manifest a new partner to build a life with, one that matched my inner transformation and the man I was becoming.

I spent years learning and qualifying in the best trauma healing somatic therapies I could find. Studying from the leading trauma experts in the world and started specialising in anxiety, testing out the different somatic therapies I had learned.

The Birth of Somatic Release Therapy

As time went on, I started to become known for the amazing results I would produce with my clients. Specialising in anxiety meant that every single client of mine experienced anxiety and I was essential solving the same problem but in different clients. This enabled me to experiment and test what actually worked and what didn't in the real world.

After putting in thousands of therapy hours I started to notice that every single clients body went through a predictable healing process which I called The Somatic Release Process. The human body is naturally designed to heal when the right conditions are met.

I also noticed numerous subconscious patterns in those that were stuck that blocked the Somatic Release Process from unfolding such as "It's not safe to be vulnerable". This meant that every single time a client got to the stage of the release process which required them to be vulnerable their body would see it as a threat and would shut down, blocking the release process.

Until you remove the hidden subconscious blocks to The Somatic Release Process, nothing will work.

How can you guarantee your clients success?

I can guarantee my clients success in my 121 program because I only work with clients that are ready and if they aren't I know exactly what they will need to do to become ready. I can give you the guaranteed roadmap to recovery but it is up to you to walk it.

Where are you based?

I am in the UK and I have clients all around the world online via zoom.

I'm worried I will be judged

This is a common concern but rest assured I've seen and heard it all before and nothing will shock me. I will never judge you or invalidate your feelings.

How is the session delivered?

The session will be via online vide chat on Zoom, you will get a zoom link after you book.

What days and times are available?

Monday - Friday 10am - 8pm. Enter your details and it will lead you to my calendar. If no times are suitable reach out and I will refund you the money.

Why is it only £49?

Time is money and an hour of my time is worth a lot more than £49, however I wanted to make this accessible to everyone to give the help they need and set them in the right direction.

Yes, the personal recovery session is the first step and it allows me to ensure that you are the right fit for my program. I get the results I do because I only work with those that are ready and that I can guarantee success.

Will I be pressured to work with you?
